Agent-spending use cases to investigate

Use cases are useful when they name a person, task, decision and outcome—not just a technology. The examples below are hypotheses for discovery and design, not evidence of customer demand.

Illustrative scenarios only. They do not describe live Noesia workflows or payment execution.

Review one agent purchase

A user asks software to find or prepare a specific purchase. The question is what information a reviewer needs before deciding: merchant, item, amount, purpose, policy context and the difference between a proposed action and a completed payment.

Set bounded authority for a task

An operator may want to express limits for an agent or workflow. Research should determine which dimensions matter—such as amount, category, merchant or time—and where the rule must be enforced to affect an actual authorization. A mock setting alone does not demonstrate enforcement.

Connect an exception to its evidence

A finance or operations team may need to investigate a denied, changed, duplicated or disputed request. Before designing a case flow, learn which issuer, processor, merchant and internal records exist, who owns each step, and whether the buyer needs an export, an integration or a separate service.

Validate before building

The internal research recommends testing a named buyer workflow and asking about past behavior, current tools, decision ownership and willingness to commit to a pilot. No such buyer validation is claimed on this page. Share questions through feedback or see the enterprise research page.
